I just thought I would share some pictures. These show what my parents wake up to every day of the year.
Well, not every day, sometimes it rains.
This last picture is looking out their back window.Rough life, huh?

Looks like a small slice of heaven...
Wow, seems like a nice place. Where did you take those pictures? What state do your parents live in?
These pictures were taken on the Oregon Coast. My parents have lived there for about 3 years now. They have owned the land since 1978, but only recently retired there.
I could totally see myself having a place on the Oregon coast. Hands down one of my favorite areas of the country. I think I'd get a little bored being there all the time with nothing but nature, but I'd definitely be fine with part-timing it.
