Love

I have been thinking a lot about love lately.

I do a lot of flirting. Especially online. I love to flirt - I always have.

Fortunately, I have a man in my life that understands that. There is no jealousy there. He understands that I just like to flirt. I have no desire to go home with someone else.

Yes, I call him an asshole. On here and to his face. Because he is an asshole. There are times I absolutely want to kill him.

On the other hand, there are times I can't imagine life without him.

I haven't seen or spoken to him since Sunday. He is over at the boss' house again this week.

I miss him terribly, but I know that when he gets back, things will be okay for a while. Then he will start to irritate me again.

Why? Why can't we all just get along? (sorry)

Anyway, I love the man. I just can't help it. I only wish he weren't so negative. I am such an optimist, and he is a pessimist. Sometimes, I can barely stand to be around him because he is so negative.

I can wish for him to change, but he never will. That's not being pessimistic, that is being realistic.

Are we married? No. I told him I would marry him when the Vikings win the Superbowl. I think I'm pretty safe.

Will I marry him then? Yes.

Would I marry him today? If he came home with a ring...yes.

Ask me again in a week. I will probably say no.
