Help!

I received an e-mail from a friend today:

Does anyone know how to get the smell of onion and garlic off of your hands? I have been washing them repeatedly since yesterday when I made spagetti and used fresh garlic and onions in the meat sauce. Before anyone suggests lemon juice, I am allergic to lemons so the cure would definitely be worse than the smell.

Can anyone help?
