Wal-Mart Oops

Has anyone else seen this article about Wal-Mart and their blog?

I was an assistant manager for Wal-Mart for about 2-1/2 years. Although there are a lot of good things about Wal-Mart, there are also bad things. But mostly I found that the bad things and good things were in direct proportion to the good/bad managers.

I worked in one store that had an awesome manager. The employees were happy, the management was happy, thus the customer was happy.

I also worked in a store with an absent manager. I mean, he was never there. So the employees were unhappy, the customers were unhappy and the store itself looked like it had been overrun by a tornado; what a disaster!

Anyway, the whole point of this is...This article talks about a mistake made by one part of Wal-Mart, but just like any apple barrel, there are bound to be be bad apples.
