NavBar
Okay, I don't like the new NavBar.
It is supposed to sit up at the top of the screen. Instead it is sitting right above my posts.
I have searched and searched on a way to fix it. But cannot find any help.
If anyone knows how to fix it, I would be very grateful.

Not sure if I can explain this correctly but when you put the code into your template, put this tag before the main code < p > and this tag after the main code < /p > (minus the space- won't let me post the actual HTML tag for some reason)
If I am thinking correctly, this should solve your problem.
Blogger puts the code into the template. I have searched the template for the code so I can move it's positioning, but I cannot even find the code inside the template to move it!
