This is the first step towards a Draft, isn't it?

Forced military conscription, lacking a Congressional declaration of war is anti-constitutional but that didn't stop LBJ or DDE from sending people to die, either. For recently-born people, I'm referring to Viet Nam and Korea. One good thing that DDE did was to warn this country about the military/industrial complex. Nobody listened and look at the mess that exists now.
