How come men cannot hit that toilet bowl when they take a piss?!?!?!?!

Admit it, most men only have 3-4 inches to play with when taking a piss. So how come they cannot hit a 15" diameter toilet bowl???

There is piss all over the toilet bowl rim. GROSS!!!

And I get to clean it up because he went to work.
