They are talking about pardoning Billy The Kid?

This is a man who killed 20 people before the age of 21.

And they want to pardon him? I don't care that it is post-mortem. Does that mean in 100 years, some idiot will want to pardon Jeffrey Dahlmer???

I admit he was a legend of the Old West. He was a very important part of the Lincoln County Wars. But how can anyone even think of pardoning a killer?
