I think it describes crank very well.

There are days I crave it. Then there are days i can't believe I ever did it.

I have no clue if I will ever do it again. I can't say never because there might come a time that someone lines one up for me and I won't be able to say no. But as long as there is no one to offer, there is no reason to accept.
